Is the agency workspace free?

Yes. The agency workspace costs nothing. Each client project has its own plan, and every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Can we white-label the CAPTCHA for our clients?

Yes. With the Captcha Branding add-on, the widget runs without our branding or fully invisible.

Can a client project use more than one product?

Yes. A client project can hold TrustCaptcha, Monitoring and VAT Checker together, with one bill and one team. Each paid module has its own plan and 14-day free trial.

Who pays for the client projects?

You decide per client project: the invoice goes to the client or to your agency. Each client project is billed on its own, and where you hold the Billing role, the billing center shows every client invoice in one place.

Can we connect projects our clients already have?

Yes. Send the client a connection link or ask for a single-use project code. The client sees who you are and what your agency may do, and confirms. Projects are never searchable.

Do our team members need seats in client projects?

No. Agency staff work in client projects through the agency and use no seats there. The agency workspace includes 10 seats, and each member's access can cover all client projects, groups of projects or single projects.

What happens when a client leaves?

You end the management or hand the project to the client or straight to the next agency. The hand-over checks that a client admin and a bill recipient remain, so the project keeps running.

Can our clients see our internal notes?

No. Client details such as your reference, tags and notes are only visible to your agency.

How does the Partner Program work?
